Walter Earl York

January 8, 1942 – January 30, 2016

Walter York, age 74, died Saturday January 30, 2016 at the T. J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, Ky.

The St. Francis county Arkansas native was the son of the late Emili Paralee Chaney and Douglas Homer York and a United States Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Linda York of Scottsville, two sons, Robert York of Glasgow, Ky and Doug York of Lexington Ky., three grandchildren Megan, Austin and Makayla York, his sister Elizabeth Carol Loggins of Michigan, six step children, Cindy Loggins, Tina Loggins, Greg Loggins, George Madewell, Tim Madewell and Wayne Madewell, several nieces and nephews and an abundance of friends.

Visitation will be Friday February 5, 2016 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 6:00 PM Friday February 5, 2016 at T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
