Rose Mary Riggs

August 1, 1949 – October 19, 2015

Rose M. Riggs, age 66, died Monday October 19, 2015 at her residence in Scottsville, Ky.

The Allen County native, born in Caliente, Nevada, was the daughter of the late Carline and Dorothy Witcher and was preceded in death by her late husband Relis B. Riggs and two brothers, Bobby Witcher and Rickey Witcher.

She is survived by her companion, William Smith of Scottsville, three children, Brad Riggs and wife Tracy of Alvaton, Robin Padgett and husband Mike of Springfield, TN and Angie Birge and husband Brad of Scottsville, four grandchildren, five sisters, three brothers and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon Wednesday October 21, 2015 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home and Thursday until the funeral.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday October 22, 2015 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Allen County Memorial Gardens.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
