Randy Maurice Williams, a beloved son, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026, in Allen County, Kentucky. Born on October 10, 1950, in Scottsville, Kentucky, Randy’s life was rooted deeply in the community that shaped him from his earliest days.

A proud graduate of Scottsville High School, Randy embraced a strong work ethic and dedication that defined his career. He began his professional journey as a factory engineer with General Electric, later continuing his expertise with AO Smith. His career culminated with his retirement from J M Smucker Co., where he was respected for his diligence and commitment.

Randy was a man of steadfast character and an enduring love for the land. Farming was more than a hobby; it was a passion that connected him to his roots and brought him closer to his cherished memories of working the cows and embracing the cowboy spirit. He was widely known as a fun person to be around, with a magnetic personality that radiated warmth and genuine care. Randy loved his family deeply and was considered not only a devoted father but also a great neighbor and friend, always ready with a kind word or a helping hand.

He is fondly remembered for being a good father, Randy’s legacy lives on through his loving children: daughter Leslie Spears and her husband William; son Justin Williams and his wife Rina; and son Paul Williams and his wife Adrienne. His devotion extended into the next generations, encompassing his treasured grandchildren: John Ray Williams and his wife Mattie, Jake Williams, Josh Williams, Joseph Williams, Jacob Williams, Landon Spears and his wife Abby, Braden Spears, Molly Spears, Kendall Tucker, Beckett Williams, Jordyn Kate Williams, and a great-granddaughter, Lane, who continues the family lineage with pride and love. Also surviving Randy is his sister Susie Pearson and her husband Jeff and her children Kelsey Williams (Charlie), Seth Sadler (Shelby), Hayden Sadler and Maggie.

Randy was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Kerry Maurice "Kay" Williams and Doris Marion Hix Williams Hatler. Spiritually Randy began his walk with Christ at 22 years of age at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church.

The family will receive visitors at T.W. Crow and Son Family Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 27, 2026, and resume from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026. A funeral service honoring Randy’s life will immediately follow visitation at 11:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026, at the same location.
