Philip Ray Haven, age 70, died Wednesday May 4, 2016 at the Hospice of Southern KY in Bowling Green KY.
Born in Edenberg IN the Allen County native was the son of the late Cecil P. Haven and Ovaleta Hinton Haven.
He is survived by two sons, David Haven of Sellersburg IN and Charles Haven and wife Donna of Scottsville, two grandsons Jeremy Haven and Logan Haven both of Scottsville, one sister Mary Jane Hall and husband Daniel of Danville, KY and one uncle Raymond Barber of Lexington, KY.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 PM Friday May 6, 2016 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday May 7, 2016 at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Crescent Hill Cemetery.
Memorial Donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
