Juanita Willoughby Hawkins, age 82, died Wednesday October 19, 2016 at her residence in Scottsville KY.

The Allen County native was the daughter of the late Alvin Adair Willoughby and Anna Lee Warner Willoughby. She is preceded in death by five sisters Euleta Rose, Martha Wimpee, Annadean McGuire, Nola Sewell and Virginia Miller.

She is survived by three sisters Margaret Shipley of Scottsville, Serilda Eller of Scottsville, Carol Harper of Lafayette and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin 7:00 AM Friday October 21, 2016 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday October 21, 2016 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in the Allen County Memorial Gardens.
