Jennifer Lynn Tuggle, age 51, died Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at her home in Scottsville, KY.
Born in Toledo, Ohio on August 6, 1974 to Thomas Milroy Rahla and Janice Lynn Romstadt Rahla.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Tuggle, her 5 children, Noah Boggs, Hunter Boggs, Marrick Thurman, Ari Thurman and Christina McCullough and brother Thomas Rahla.
Jennifer was a lover of nature, an enjoyer of good music and acting, and a wonderful cook. She was an incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, and perceptive individual – to a fault – and she was the most caring and loving mother her children and family could have asked for.
