Frank Dwight Carter, age 64, died April 4th, 2023 at Cal Turner Extended Care in Scottsville, Kentucky.
He was born on October 22, 1958 to the late Calvin Jasper Carter and Beulah Jean Carter in Scottsville.
He is survived by his sisters, Violet Jeanette Carter, Lisa Kay Edwards (Kenneth), Teresa Ilene Carter and brothers, Sam Carter and Calvin Carter.
Visitation will be Thursday April 6th from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
His funeral service will be held Friday April 7th at 3:00 PM at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at Carter’s Tabernacle.
