Earl Dennis Wilson

September 29, 1938 – July 2, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family acknowledges the passing of Earl Dennis Wilson at Flager Memorial Hospital, Palm Coast, FL. He was a native of Kentucky, born in Allen County to Earl and Willie Ruth Wilson on September 29,1938.  He would have been 80 in September.  He attended the University of Kentucky, graduating cum laude in agriculture economics. Earl was in the Army Reserves.  He spent his life in the business world owning and managing several businesses. His career choices brought his family to Glasgow,Ky, Johnson City, Tn, Anderson, SC, Longwood, Ponce Inlet, Port Orange and Palm Coast FL. Earl and Harriette spent a few years traveling in their motor home throughout the United States and Canada. They particularly enjoyed following the Kentucky Wildcats.  Earl leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Harriette Hobdy Wilson of Palm Coast,FL; their son and his wife Tony and Amy and grandchildren; Kaley, Kyle,and Kyndall Wilson all of DeBary, FL; a sister, Jean Wilson Conder, Shelbyville, KY; nieces; Ruth Green and  Mary Hill of Louisville,KY; and one nephew, Scott Williams of Scottsville, KY.

Visitation will be 2:00 until 5:00 PM July 14, 2018 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home 201 North Court Street Scottsville KY 42164.

Graveside service will be 5:30 PM at Crescent Hill Cemetery Old Glasgow Road Scottsville KY,

Donations may be made to the Scottsville Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.
