June 2, 1987 – December 8, 2014

Corey James Clark, age 27, died Monday December 8, 2014 at the Medical Center at Scottsville.

The Allen County native was the son of Judi Wooten Clark of Scottsville and Bobby Clark of Bowling Green KY.  He is preceded in death by his grandfathers James Wooten and Robert Clark. He was a member of the Scottsville First UMC, Allen County Special Olympic, and an honorary member of OES #60.

He is survived by his mother, Judi Wooten Clark, grandmother Cam Wooten, his brother Greg Clark all of Scottsville, his uncle Mark Wooten of Lebanon TN. , his father Bobby Clark, his grandmother Joyce Clark and his half sister Jill Clark all of Bowling Green, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 10:00AM to 8:00PM Wednesday December 10, 2014 and Thursday December 11, 2014 until 2:00PM at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home.

Visitation will resume 3:00PM Thursday December 11, 2014 at the Scottsville First United Methodist Church until funeral service.

Funeral service will be 4:00PM Thursday December 11, 2014 at the Scottsville First United Methodist Church.

Committal Service will be 10AM Friday December 12, 2014 at the Crescent Hill Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to Allen County Special Olympics or Scottsville First United Methodist Church Food Pantry.
