Clara Helen Reynolds Jones

October 25, 1931 – October 16, 2022

Clara Helen (Reynolds) Jones passed away in her home surrounded by family October 16, 2022. She was born October 25, 1931 in Akron, Ohio to the late Ernest R. Reynolds and Mautie (Willoughby) Reynolds.

She married Vesper Jones September 12, 1952, together they served the Lord through their musical talents. She moved her church membership from Liberty Baptist Church to Mt. Union United Methodist Church, and served both churches through the years playing the piano and organ. She worked 29 years at Farmers National Bank and enjoyed the friendships she made with colleagues and customers alike.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband of almost 65 years. A sister Elena Goad, brother Bobby Reynolds, two nieces, and a nephew.

She is survived by her son Martin Jones, her daughter Melanie Jones Kiene both of Scottsville, her grandchildren William and Stephen Kiene, and Megan Jones, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday October 17, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home and Tuesday October 18, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Union United Methodist Church.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday October 18, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Union United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to Mt. Union United Methodist Church or Hosparus Health of Barren River.
