Carlyle Coast Cornwell, age 76, died Friday July 22, 2016 at Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care.
The Franklin PA native was the son of the late George Madison Cornwell and Marie Elizabeth Shuffstall Cornwell. He was preceded in death by two brothers Lester Cornwell and Richard Cornwell.
He is survived by one daughter Theresa Phillips and husband Michael of Scottsville, one son Thomas Cornwell and wife Jennifer of Adolphus, three sisters Elaine Romanek of Erie PA, Dorothy Long Alpharetta GA, Bernice Cornwell Scottsville, one brother David Cornwell of Lafayette TN, two grandchildren Allison Ballard and husband Lester of Scottsville, and Ashley Cornwell of Adolphus, great granddaughter Bristol Tuck of Scottsville, and two step grandchildren Erin Phillips of Scottsville and Jonathan Phillips and wife Candi of AR, several nieces, nephews and cousins
Visitation will begin 4:00 PM Friday July 29, 2016 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday July 30, 2016 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in the Allen County Memorial Gardens.
