Carline Shields, age 75, died Saturday April 5, 2014 at the Bowling Green Nursing and Rehab Center.
The Allen County native was the son of the late Lucian Shields and Dela Mae Taylor. He was preceded in death by his daughter Peggy Sue Shields, his son Robert Lee Shields, his sister Betty Taylor and Brother Buel Shields.
He is survived by daughters Diana Jones of Bowling Green KY, Betty Lou Shields Ward of Iowa Falls IA, sons Billy Joe Shields of Bowling Green and Carl Eugene Crawford of Michigan and father to other children and stepchildren. Several grand children and great grand children also survive along with his sisters, Dorothy Hines and Linda Dortman and brother Jimmy Shields all of Bowling Green.
A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Liberty Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
