Birty Clarence Franklin, age 86, died Wednesday February 26, 2014 at the Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care.
The Clay County TN native was the son of the late Abby Smith Franklin and Clarence Franklin.
He is survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, special friend Arnell Brown and caregiver and friend Walter Reels and Family.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon Friday February 28, 2014 at the T.W. Crow and Son Funeral Home.
A Graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery Sumner County TN
