Billy Carter

Billy Eugene Carter, age 66, of Bowling Green, formerly of Scottsville, died Thursday, October 24, 2013 at his residence in Bowling Green, KY.

The Allen County native was the son of the late Alquua Osco Carter and Mildred Veatrice Meador Carter.  He was peceded in death by his brother J. C. Carter his son Kenny Carter, his daughter Stephanie Carter and three grandchildren, Dustin Breanna and Skyler.  Billy served his country as Staff Sergeant in the U. S. Army and was a member of the Christ Episcopal Church in Bowling Green.

Billy is survived by four daughters, Michelle Witt of Scottsville, Crystal Towe Madden and her husband, Chris, of Scottsville, Alicia Sleet and her husband, Dementico of Bowling Green, and Penny Carter of Bowling Green, three brothers, Bobby Carter and wife Eva, Jimmy Carter and wife Donna and Roger Carter and wife Martha, all of Scottsville, a sister Ruby Holland and husband Gordon of Scottsville, a sister in law Pat Carter, ten grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday November 9, 2013 at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery under the direction of T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
