Berta Sue Morgan Chambers

December 3, 1935 – January 28, 2017

Berta Sue Morgan Chambers, age 81, died Saturday, January 28, 2016 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green.

Born in Bethpage, TN, she was the wife of the late Frank Allen Chambers and John H. Turner and the daughter of the late Francis Andrew Morgan and Lillie Mae Robinson Morgan.  She was preceded in death by eleven siblings. Memberships included Daughters of the American Revolution and The Allen County Historical Society where she donated many hours doing research.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Turner and wife Deborah, of Greenwood, IN, her daughter, Peggy Rynders, of Parker, CO, two grandchildren, Daniel Sexton Turner and Amy Diana Koppa, her brother, Bobby Morgan, Sr. and wife Dixie, of Scottsville, KY, two sisters, Elnora Wade, of Scottsville, KY, and Patricia Dunn, of Bowling Green, KY, and two sister-in-laws, Carol Jean Morgan, of Bowling Green, KY and Sandy Morgan, of Scottsville, KY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM Monday, January 30, 2017 at the T. W. Crow and Son Funeral Home and until funeral on Tuesday.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at the T. W. Crow and Son Funeral Home.

Memorial donations may be made to the Allen County Historical Society.
