Mary Faulkner

Mary Edna Faulkner age 96 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday April 18, 2018. She was born in Monroe County, Kentucky March 22, 1922 to the late Anna and John Hughes. She was very active and full of life until she fell ill just a week before she passed. She loved to tend to her flowers and watch the birds, but her favorite thing to do was taking care of her grandchildren and feeding them her famous biscuits.

Edna is survived by her loving children Donna Bible Singleton and (Ray) and Jane Hester and (Richard). Grandchildren Billy Bible and (Laura) Rob Lentz and (Kenna) Gena Ramirez and (Michael) Shelby Faulkner Jr. and (Marta) Lisa Stanley and (Keith) Dawn Willman and (Todd) and 20 Great grand children and 15 great great grandchildren and one great great great grand child

She was preceded in death by husband John Faulkner; her beloved son Shelby Faulkner and 3 brothers.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday April 20, 2018 at 7:00 PM with the brother Tom Franklin officiating. Friends may call between the hours of 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Spring Valley Funeral Home.

Interment will follow on Saturday April 21, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery located in Holland Kentucky.
