The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to ourcustomers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, anyfuneral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basicservices and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you mustbuy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain thereason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeralgoods and services you selected.
Payment is expected at the time of the arrangement conference. Weaccept cash, checks, Visa and Master Card. We also accept assignmentson verified life insurance policies. Cash discounts may apply and otherpayment options may be considered upon request.
BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF AND OVERHEAD Our services include: conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; shelter of remains; preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with cemetery, crematory, or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
EMBALMING Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial

GRAVESIDE SERVICE Our services include coordinating the funeral service at thegraveside, supervision of graveside service and staff toattend service.
MEMORIAL SERVICE AT FUNERAL HOME OR OTHERFACILITY Our services include coordinating the memorial servicearrangements, supervision of memorial service and necessarystaff.
COMMITTAL SERVICE Supervision of committal service
CREMATION This charge covers transportation to the crematory and the cost of cremation, if you choose cremation as the final disposition following viewing and services.
DIRECT CREMATION Charges for direct cremation (without ceremony or viewing) includes: necessary services of the staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains; transportation to crematory; necessary authorizations; and cremation. Additional charges may apply to out of state cremations. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an casket or alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition material (with or without and outside covering).
IMMEDIATE BURIAL Charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony or viewing) includes: necessary services of the staff; a proportionate share of overhead costs; removal of remains and local transportation to cemetery
FORWARDING OF REMAINS Our charge includes:basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead cost; removal of remains; preparation of remains and local transportation.
RECEIVING REMAINS Our charge includes: basic services of funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of overhead cost; Transportation of remains to cemetery.
